Motion Notes for Hotels
MotionNotes is a new platform for web-based communication designed for interpersonal messages with video and multimedia. The solution is a powerful marketing and customer service tool for hotels, particularly when combined with existing communications, such as a reservations confirmation email. For example, after guests make an online reservation, they instantly receive a confirmation email with a link to a MotionNote that plays a video of the hotel GM or other hotel representative thanking the guest for their reservation.
With MotionNotes, account holders can record a video greeting and then attach Flash movies, picture slideshows, another video (in either .mov, .mp4, or .flv formats), or pull from YouTube. Hotels are now able to leverage TurnHere's network of more than 8,000 professional filmmakers throughout the country and world to produce a compelling video greeting, along with capturing high quality footage of their property.
