Whiteboard Labs Taps TurnHere to Power MotionNotes with Video
Houston, Texas (August, 2009) – Houston-based Whiteboard Labs, a web and application development shop, announced that it is partnering with TurnHere, Inc., the leading online video marketing services company. Under the terms of the agreement, TurnHere will offer its video production services to enrich Whiteboard's MotionNotes solution.
MotionNotes is a new platform for web-based communication designed for interpersonal messages with video and multimedia. The solution is a powerful marketing and customer service tool for hotels, particularly when combined with existing communications, such as a reservations confirmation email. For example, after guests make an online reservation, they instantly receive a confirmation email with a link to a MotionNote that plays a video of the hotel GM or other hotel representative thanking the guest for their reservation.
With MotionNotes, account holders can record a video greeting and then attach Flash movies, picture slideshows, another video (in either .mov, .mp4, or .flv formats), or pull from YouTube. Hotels are now able to leverage TurnHere's network of more than 8,000 professional filmmakers throughout the country and world to produce a compelling video greeting, along with capturing high quality footage of their property.
