SpaLinx is a web-based spa reservations and management application. With a clean user interface for both spa clients and administrators, SpaLinx is the tool that extends luxury into an online experience. Spa managers can upload videos and photos for a nice presentation to viewers looking for more information on a treatment or the spa itself.
SpaLinx allows customers to search for available treatments, reserve their preferred time on the spa's global calendar, and select their specialist (or the preferred gender). Spa managers can enter the times available for their treatments ahead of time for users to search, all on a Flash interface. SpaLinx also comes equipped with the following electronic distribution capabilities:
- Clients can book off of the spas individual Web site
- Clients can book off of Portal Sites
- Call Center interface can be used by a Central Reservations Office or (CRO)
- Embed links on hotel reservation confirmation email
