View or modify availability for spa or resource with just a few clicks. Close the spa for holidays, schedule a technician’s vacation or remove a room from inventory. Reserve, view, or modify appointments quickly and easily. Search for existing appointments by guest, technician, package or service.
SpaLINX offers a very unique and rich online experience. We've created what is known as a Rich Internet Application or RIA for the SpaLINX user interface. This UI allows a spa to show only available time slots by date. Thus allowing the guest to choose the time they desire based on what your spa has available. The UI also gives the online guest the ability to choose the gender type of the therapist, make comments to the spa and schedule up to as many as four people in a single reservation.
Your spa has the ability to load in images of the facility as well as treatment images. The UI even allows your spa to upload video to showcase the spa in the best way imaginable online. The UI is also mutli language. We currently offer up to eleven different languages. Once the booking process is complete the guest will be given a confirmation number for their scheduled appointment.
SpaLINX will aslo email the guest the same confirmation detail information and send a copy email to the spa.
