Whiteboard Labs just launched a great new product called MotionNotes and we are looking for a great sales person to help us change how the world communicates online. MotionNotes is at the intersection of two dominant trends: Online Video and Social Networking.

Requirements

• BS/BA; MBA a plus
• 3-5+ years in a new account sales role, preferably selling complex application packages and SaaS

• Proven track record of success (should have made quota consistently)

• Well connected in industry verticals like media, ad agencies, or real estate

• Familiarity with the Email Marketing space a definite plus

Senior Software Developer

As a member of the Technology Team at Whiteboard Labs, the Senior Software Developer architects, designs, develops and supports innovative Internet applications. Given the challenging performance and scalability targets which are generally required of the applications which Whiteboard Labs produces, there is a strong emphasis on design, efficiency, and high code quality.

Most importantly, the candidate must have a good attitude, be enthusiastic and self-sufficient with a strong sense of initiative, responsibility, and ownership of given duties. The workplace is fast-paced and team-oriented, so good communication skills are critical.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience with Object Oriented Development, preferably including two years C#
• Mixed front- and back-end skills
• Web development experience: HTML, JavaScript and Microsoft (ASP.NET) or Java server-side technologies
• Flash Action Script is a plus
• Development experience delivering and supporting products for external customers
• Ability to creatively design and build systems in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in a teamwork-based environment
• Proven problem solver and troubleshooter skill and the capacity to think creatively under pressure
• Results-oriented
• Bachelor's in computer science or electrical engineering is a plus

Software Quality Assurance Engineer

You will provide thorough QA and integrated testing support for new applications and system modifications as required by the business needs of Whiteboard Labs. This includes the design and implementation of an approved QA process into the organizational software development and maintenance process.

Additionally, you will develop automated tests to ensure performance and application load capacities. Your ability to work effectively and liaise between project managers, users, and developers while communicating status, coordinating implementation schedules and supporting software applications and business procedures following implementation will be critical for our success.

Minimum Requirements

• BA degree and 2-4 years of related work experience and/or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
• Expertise in system/application analysis, quality assurance/testing techniques and business process design.
• Relevant experience in integrating QA processes in software development lifecycle as well as designing an appropriate QA environment scalable for our needs.
• Ability to construct black box and white box test scenarios that serve to verify proper functionality and audit the development process.
• Working knowledge of at least one programming language (preferably Java and/or .Net) and a demonstrated knowledge of programming constructs.
• Working knowledge of web application architecture including the specifics of client-server interactions over various protocols.
• Understanding of logical database design.

Email Marketing Expert

Whiteboard Labs offers a unique email marketing platform that provides marketers the ability to deliver video on a one-to-one basis via its MotionNotes product or via mass email using Tralix. The right candidate should have great personal skills, knowledge of the database segmentation process in relation to email, understanding of email privacy and CAN-SPAM compliance, and the ability to interface with content development professionals to make sure email messages are relevant to the recipients. The candidate should have a clear understanding of issues related to email deliverability, email acquisition and increasing competition in the inbox.

The right candidate should have a proven track record in leveraging email to increase the customer base and retain established customers while increasing revenue. Experience with online ad servers is a plus.

Analytical excellence is a must. The individual in this position will be responsible for analyzing and reporting performance as well as providing results and recommendations for improvement. Affiliate marketing experience would be a plus.

The right candidate should be able to work with the product team to establish requirements for initiatives that require product development support.

• 4 years marketing experience with at least two years online marketing experience. Strengths in EMAIL marketing a must.
• Direct experience with consumer Internet products or services a plus.
• Proven track record in developing online/email marketing programs.
• Ability to work on multiple, varied projects and prioritize based on impact.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with web services, APIs, and data feeds a plus.
