Our technology provides experiences that are conducive to conversion. Our focus is in travel and hospitality. We design, build and provide this technology. We have been doing so for over 15 years. Whiteboard Labs is a Conversion Technology Provider.
Windsurfer CRS -a web-based central reservations system built from experience. We realized that this go round is different. It is not good enough to rest upon our laurels we need to go beyond where the current systems are. Some things will go unnoticed such as the AT&T collocation facility in Phoenix. Others will be seen as standard features such as Next Generation Seamless GDS connectivity, Expedia Quick Connect or our two way Micros Fidelio Opera interface. However, still others will be viewed as wonderful conversion tools like controlling the number of rooms booked per reservation per channel, dynamic packaging, seasonal and tier rate control options both with simple or advanced modes, built in advanced reservation process email delivery platform, ability to sell additional products and services through the online conversion engine (some may call it a booking engine) we go beyond that. It's no longer viable to just try and get heads in beds. You must pursue every opportunity to convert from all of your distribution touch points. Be it a hotel reservation, sign ups into your loyalty program, selling additional products or services or getting consumer feedback. Conversion is key. We build the tools hotels and hotel chains need in order to maximize that conversion opportunity.
Conversion Technology Design and Development (TUBE is exclusive to Windsurfer) - We have a design and development practice that is dedicated to the online experience related to reservations and hospitality-related product distribution. This is a very specialized kind of design that is intent on delivering the user experience that will best generate online conversion.
Mobile Site and App Development - Online conversion must address the needs of the mobile user. This is a channel that cannot be ignored. Hotels need well built mpobile versions of their sites that allow users the ability to find contact information, location, see images and make a reservation. The improved browsing experience of mobile devices these days is creating a user base that will make this channel an option.
Hospitality and Lodging Website Design - Over the years we've developed an expertise in the design and development of website for hotels and other lodging providers.
SpaLINX - A web-based spa management and reservations system and iPhone compatible. This web based spa managment solution allows spas to not only run their facility but also offer online appointment scheduling to the clients through the spas Web site. The system also has a call center interface so any spa that is part of a group or chain of hotels can now empower their central reservations office to book spa appointments for guests that call to book hotel rooms.
