Estella Hale joined Whiteboard Labs in 2006, she is responsible for all aspects of ProductDevelopment, Product Support, Systems Operations and Client Management Services for theWindsurfer CRS.
Prior to joining the company, she worked in the hospitality industry for several years, managingImplementations and Support for a hotel representation company. Aside from managing a ClientServices department, Estella has worked in several roles in guest and internal services at majorhotel chains. Estella holds a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from Universidad Autonomade Guadalajara and an Associate’s degree in Computer Animation from the Art Institute ofHouston.
Her ability to manage operational and account management teams allows her to effectivelysteer strategies for the Windsurfer CRS product offerings. Additionally, her knowledge of thelatest trends in technology allows her to communicate the advantages of Whiteboard’s productsto clients in an efficient manner.
